Common questions from practitioners

How did I get listed without consenting?+
Your listing is generated from the federal NPPES registry, which is public data. We don't add information beyond what's already in NPPES until you claim and add it yourself.
What if my listing has incorrect information?+
Claim the listing and edit. If you'd rather not claim, you can request corrections at corrections@holihealthpro.com.
Can I remove my listing entirely?+
If your NPI is in NPPES, your basic information appears in the directory by default. You can claim it and mark "do not display contact info" if you prefer a minimal listing. Full removal requires NPI deactivation through CMS.
Do you share my data?+
No. Your claim flow data isn't sold or shared. The data in the public listing is exactly what you choose to publish.
