Methodology

How we built this directory

Every data field on HoliHealthPro is sourced from somewhere — and we're transparent about each one. Below is exactly where the information on each listing comes from, how often we refresh it, and what role paid placement plays.

When data changes

Monthly

NPPES bulk-file refresh from CMS. New providers, deactivated NPIs, address changes, and credential updates flow through within 7 days of release.

Quarterly

State licensing board sweeps. License active/expired status, disciplinary actions, and scope-of-practice changes are re-verified across all 50 boards.

Real-time

Anything edited via the claim flow appears immediately. Patient reviews go live after visit verification.

Paid placement, disclosed clearly

Featured and sponsored placements appear in select positions across the site. Wherever they appear, they're labeled — visibly and unambiguously — so you always know what you're looking at.

Featured

Promoted slot in search results. Always labeled "Featured" and visually distinguished from organic listings.

Sponsored

Practice or product placement in editorial content. Always disclosed at the top of the article.

Organic

Default listings, ranked by relevance signals — never by payment. The majority of what you see is organic.
